Maharaja Harisingh Agricultural Collegiate School celebrate Baisakhi

The festival of Baisakhi was celebrated with great zest and zeal on the campus of MHAC under the aegis of DAV led by Principal Mr Brij Mohan Babbar to mark the harvest season and establishment of the Khalsa Panth. A special assembly was organized by the school. The students showcase Punjabi culture with a colorful programme. Boys and Girls presented Bhangra wearing a Punjabi attires of all hues. Kindergarten children were dressed in Punjabi dresses. Children also recited the poems and share the significant of the day.

Principal of the school Mr Brij Mohan Babbar extended his warm greetings on the day and applauded the efforts of the organizers. He said that celebrating festivals on the school forum is an effective way of ensuring that they remain connected to the culture and heritage of the nation.

Continuing the fervor of the festival, teachers and students enhanced the mirth and merriment by dancing to the foot tapping music.

Supervisory Head (Primary) Mrs Menu Betab and Coordinator (Sr Sec) Mrs Sonia Anand, Ms Ruby Chauhan, and Mrs Sunila Kakkar were also present on this occasion.
