REPORT ON CAPACITY BUILDING WORKSHOP
In order to empower the teachers with the latest knowledge, skills, and positive attitude in their routine classrooms. A one day CAPACITY BUILDING PROGRAM was organized at MHAC School Nagbani, under the aegis of DAVCMC New Delhi. The capacity Building Workshop organized by the host school aimed at promoting value education and collaborative learning among educators.

WELCOME ADDRESS:
The principal of the host school, Sh. Brij Mohan delivered a warm and cordial welcome address expressing gratitude to all the dignitaries ,resource persons and participants for being a part of this educational initiative. He emphasized the school’s commitment to provide a conducive environment for teachers to grow professionally. In his address he expressed sincere gratitude and appreciation to the Honorable President DAV CMC New Delhi Padamshree awardee Sh.PUNAM SURI JI for providing the host school; with the esteemed opportunity to conduct the capacity building workshop.
The ceremony commenced with the lighting of the lamp, signifying the dispelling of darkness and spreading of knowledge. As a token of appreciation green plants were presented to the esteemed guests symbolizing growth. Sustainability and nurturing relationships.
The program commenced with a grand inauguration graced by the esteemed VICE PRESIDENT DAV CMC AND CHAIRMAN OF MHAC SCHOOL NAGBANI, Sh.H.R.GANDHAR JI. The chief guest delivered a motivating speech emphasizing the significance of value based education and the importance of collaborative learning in shaping well rounded individuals. He also shared his insights on the role of educational institutions in fostering a holistic development of students.
Sh. Alok Betab – ARO J K ZONE A -An eminent figure in the field of education, conducted a session on NEP -2020. He provided valuable insights into the key highlights and objectives of the policy, stressing it’s implications for educational institutions and students alike.
Ms.Gazal Betab Garg - approved Master Trainer recognized by DAVCMC, led engaging sessions on two contemporary topics, namely ARTIFICIAL INTELLEGENCE AND DIGITAL TOOLS IN TEACHING LEARNING. Her expertise and comprehensive understanding of these topics enabled the participants to grasp the potential of these technological advancements in the field of education.
SPECIAL GUESTS : Sh. I .D SONI – A renowned educationist and worthy LMC Member shared his experiences and offered valuable insights on enhancing the teaching – learning process.
