An Induction-cum-Orientation Programme was organized at MHAC School Nagbani for the newly appointed teaching staff with the objective of familiarizing them with the school's vision, mission, values, work culture, academic expectations, and administrative procedures. The programme aimed to ensure that the new teachers begin their professional journey with clarity, confidence, and a strong sense of responsibility.

Objectives

The programme was conducted with the following objectives:

• To welcome and integrate the newly appointed teachers into the MHAC School family.
• To familiarize them with the philosophy, vision, and mission of the school.
• To provide an overview of the rules, regulations, and code of professional conduct.
• To orient teachers regarding the CBSE curriculum, DAV educational philosophy, and school policies.
• To acquaint them with teaching methodologies, classroom management strategies, assessment practices, and student welfare initiatives.
• To encourage professionalism, teamwork, and continuous learning.
