MHAC School, Nagbani celebrated Republic day with great fervor & enthusiasm. A special assembly was heed to mark the occasion. The Programme commenced with the patriotic song ‘Sare Jahan Se Accha”. The students of classes 5th ,6th ,8th danced on the foot tapping number ‘ I Love My India’. Addressing the students, Principal, Mr. Alok Betab, stressed on the conservation of resources to take our country forward. He also advised the students to shoulder their responsibilities towards their family, School and Society in general as a part of their sincerity towards their nation.
An exciting cricket match was held between the passing out students of class 12th and the male staff members.
A wave of excitement could be seen among the students of the school. Students won the match by 12 runs. Nikhil Sangwal (76 Runs) scored the highest runs & was declared the Man of the Match.
The eventful day ended at a positive note with the National Anthem.
