As the year 2013 has been declared as ‘The Year for Water Conservation by W.H.O, D.A.V management in this regard has launched a project named ‘Boond’ in all its educational institutions all over the country to create awareness among the students to conserve water and also spread a message through them to other people to use water judiciously as this natural resource is getting depleted fast due to its copious consumption and wastage without giving the thought for the future life. Today i.e. 09, Sept 2013 MHAC School Nagbani actively participated in this project wherein the tiny ones of every sections of class III & IV have an interesting presentation on “Conservation of Water” by way of talks, skits, enactments, slogans, speeches, charts & posters spreading the message that if we do not use water wisely and waste it the life of mankind will be at great risk as every drop of water is precious for its a limited resource. So Save Water Save Life and Save the World. On 7 Sep 2013, MHAC School organized Poster Making Competition for classes VII & VIII in the junior school library. The topics were “Arya Samaj & Social Change” and “Contribution of DAV in Education”. The school also organized a Slogan Writing Competition for classes V & VI. The topics were “Save Earth”, “Water Conservation”, and “Save Energy”. Both the competitions had numerous participants with excellent ideas which were portrait through their slogans and posters.
