Run for unity held at M.H.A.C School Nagbani

The National Integration Day was celebrated at M.H.A.C School on 31st Oct, 2019 to commemorate the birth anniversary of Iron man of India, the man behind ‘Ek Bharat, Shraisht Bharat’, i.e. Sardar Vallabh Bhai Patel. A large number of students participated in the ‘Run for Unity’ with great enthusiasm which was flagged off by the School Principal Mrs. Sween Puri and paid their homage to the Great Man who played an eminent role in making 565 princely states the part of united India Rashtriya Ekta Divas pledge was administered to everyone. A march past of NCC Scouts also took place. It was the time to re-affirm the inherent strength and resilience of our nation to withstand actual and potential threats to the unity, integrity and security of the country.

On this occasion, our School Principal Mrs. Sween Puri explained Sardar Patel’s immense role in the freedom struggle and how he managed to agree Nizams and Nawabs to join free India. He became the First Deputy P.M and the Home Minister of India. His contribution towards a United and Integrated India stands taller than the world’s tallest statue i.e. the Statue of Unity. Sardar Patel’s aura and persona outshines and immortalizes many of the world leaders. Life of Sardar Patel inspires us even today to make timeless efforts towards the integration of our foster Goddess, i.e. Bharat. Sardar Patel was always encouraged by Mahatma Gandhi who was his mentor and a teacher. The day ended with a beautiful message i.e. Solidarity and Integration of the nation where every citizen of the nation is one, irrespective of caste, creed or colour. The memorable day ended with distribution of refreshment among the students.
